My Poem about Give and take…..
Inspired by my own experience recently with my lovely Irish friend Saskia
In the world today we want want want
There’s so much we think we need and cant do without
We think , so much is unseen.
Stand back and check your stock of life’s possessions
As there are more needs to be given than are to be taken.
How great to let the mind cool down
Where in heaven is this need to have?
Its an earthly desire
A condition from birth
From ancestor to ancestor
I hold a grateful heart
There is nothing I lack
I can give at any time
To pass on my gifts is so enlightening
The feeling is unique
The gesture ripples Love
Into the reciever
That they shall forever and ever
Hold dear.
And so it is. For you Saskia with my love.
