Imagine a point of light deep inside As you focus on it It reacts, gets larger and larger Moving throughout the tiniest of molecules To heal, miraculously healing. The mind stops, watches, does not stir.

The best way is CALMLY
With yourself and others
The sounds of soothing music
Brushing your ears with tender flowing bliss
The trees are tall yet majestic and surreal.
Be quiet, still and relaxed with life
A return of a child’s mind
