Earth Angel

I was called an Angel

My dear friend

She opened my eyes

For she could see

What I did not see

But knew all along

I am an Earth Angel

My focus is Love

I am here to free

the lonely hearts

of a constant

sad song

My energy is like

no other

I feel so intense

so passionate

about the drowning cries

of each falling tear.

I can know be

The Angel in Me.

And so it is.
