Hands UP!

I raise my hands in

Joy,Peace ,Love

To the Skies

To All who endure

All who suffer

All who cry

For relief

Of Body, Spirit and Mind

Hands Up !

For we all are One

Reach outwards

To feel their energy

Feel their plea

Join Hands

Up above the Human Pain

Join Hands

We will survive

Together We are one.

And so it is
