A RECENT POEM I WANT TO SHARE

I choose Happiness

With all the complex plethora

of conditions and diseases

I can still CHOOSE my Way

How to be,

React,

Approach

Every new and wonderful day

I am here, I am ok

I manage well

Its been many years, I have learnt

To endure with hope and faith

Its what I CHOOSE,

I CHOOSE Happiness

Look in the mirror

Say “I trust you, I Love you”

This is the first step

Believe in Miracles, I have seen them

Many times before

Everyday is a blessing

For I am Happy and loving Being Here.

And so it is.
